The Situation
On the front lines of the cellular industry are the independent dealerships. These dealers are individually responsible for strict adherence to complex activation procedures, phone inventory, customer account management, and commission payments to sales representatives, in addition to the standard responsibilities of any retailer. A majority of dealerships are employing primitive paper-based methods to manage these aspects of their business, resulting in lost sales, inventory shrink, inaccurate customer data, over/underpayment of commissions, and an ever-growing data management staff.
The Challenge
Create a large-scale application to manage all business processes unique to cellular dealers and deploy it on a web-based platform allowing dealerships near unlimited scalability, accessibility, and integration.

The Solution
Through extensive collaboration with cellular dealerships of all shapes and sizes, 6 months of design and 1 year of development, Igadea created The Integrated Cellular Management Suite. ICM transforms a dealership's day-to-day processes into organized and efficient software functionality. The application provides fluid transition between interrelated elements such as sales and inventory, while also offering robust standalone features like an extensive reporting engine. The web-based nature of ICM allows dealerships to seamlessly expand their operations, while offering outside sales representatives an array of access options.
